I don't even know where to begin!
Heather is one of the most responsive, responsible, creative, innovative and kind vendors I have come across in a long time.
My daughter worked with Heather to plan everything and I was blown away at the results. Here is one example. My daughter had seen a pinterst board of napkins that had freshly picked ferns placed on top, which then adhered to the napkins.
Heather kept watch in her garden for ferns,
PICKED THEM the morning of the wedding, then placed 190 fresh ferns on top of each napkin, which embedded over the day!
Her creativity and attentiveness to cost effectiveness was paramount. She took the time to look into EACH type of flower, checked with various vendors, then worked to find, and advise, which way would save us the most money, and what would be worth it overall and what would not be.
In addition, her super talented husband BUILT an arbor to hold the hand knitted chuppah I canopy that my daughter knitted.
I cannot begin to share how grateful I am that my daughter found Heather!

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience working with Heather and Cullen Creations.
I consider myself a very organized person, and was not sure that my husband and I needed a planner - I was very wrong!
Heather took care of and organized aspects of the wedding planning process that would not even have crossed my mind. I have no idea what we would have done without Heather! We utilized Heather for her decor services, as well as Day-of-Coordination and one month out.
This meant that Heather designed, planned, and decorated every aspect of our wedding
(even making suggestions and helping out with other weekend events that we had not explicitly hired her for),
She called, emailed, and worked with our other vendors in the month leading up to the wedding to confirm or alter any plans,
essentially working around the clock on our behalf, and took care of everything on the actual wedding day.
Heather is a kind person who genuinely cares about her work and your experience leading up to and on your wedding day.
She is a wonderful listener, and does a fantastic job of using her professional experience and knowledge to support your own ideas;
My husband and I always felt that she was working to make our visions/ideas come true,
while also giving her opinion about the best logistical options.
Heather is kind, accommodating, flexible, organized, professional, responsive, caring, and talented.
You will not find a more hardworking, knowledgeable, or thoughtful planner to work with. She is wonderful!

I started off interested in a day-of wedding coordinator and ended up hiring her as my florist as well.
She is insanely organized and professional, and kept her cool when our limo broke down!
As a florist, Heather made my candelabra dreams come true, working with me to pick the right greenery and flowers for garden chic centerpieces.
I was blown away by how beautiful they looked.
Not to mention, she is so sweet
and a pleasure to work with!
If you are looking for a wedding coordinator (and florist), you will not be disappointed with Heather.

Heather was incredible and so lovely to work with.
She's extremely creative and can make any one of your ideas a reality.
For someone like me who had very little vision, aside from I like wild flowers and sunflowers,

Amazing DOC!
Having Heather as our Day of Coordinator was one of the best decisions we made while wedding planning.
She and her husband, Jae are AMAZING.
Heather was very helpful even before our wedding day; she worked with us to cost-share some decorations and also gathered information about the timeline and other details that helped us keep track of what we needed to do. She was very responsive, and the week of our wedding she was available to us almost immediately at essentially any time.
Because we were planning from a distance and unable to meet for a pre-wedding planning meeting, she offered to go to our venue to get a sense for everything. We ended up meeting her the day before the wedding instead.
Heather came SO prepared. We essentially word vomited everything we planned, and she was on top of every detail after that.
Day of the wedding, Heather was everywhere at once and seamlessly took over tasks. Our card box hadn’t been delivered on time,
so she offered to just bring us one. We didn’t get back to her on time because of everything going on
- so she just brought 4 options for us that matched our general decor!
She checked in with both me and my husband often and took care of anything we were stressing over.
We hadn’t really figured out our bridal party entrance, so Heather thought up something brilliant and then made sure it happened.
She made sure we got food and drinks and just made every request or need happen without any apparent issue.
Anytime there was an issue, we just told Heather and she figured out a solution and made it happen, no matter what.
Our single regret is that we didn’t go over our plans with her earlier, because she would have been able to spot our mistakes earlier. Heather is a fantastic day of coordinator, and her teamwork with her husband Jae, made our day so much better.

Working with Heather was a dream!
She was always available via email, text, or call whenever we needed to chat. Even on weekends!
The flowers she arranged were beautiful and perfectly captured the image I had in mind for my wedding. I was able to relax the morning of my wedding knowing that Heather was there setting up and putting the final delicate touches for all things decor-related.
Our favorite piece from Cullen Creations was the GORGEOUS wooden arbor (made from her husband Jae out of trees from their property! how cool!).
Heather and Jae worked morning and night setting it up and taking it down (all included in the rental fees).
It was also a favorite among our guests.
We loved working with Cullen Creations and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful and affordable florals and decorations for their wedding!

Hiring Heather to help coordinate our wedding and to help with design and flowers was the best decision my husband and I made leading up to our wedding.
We got married at a sleep away camp
that required a lot of planning and design
to make our wedding dream a reality.
Heather was more then prepared to take on this challenge. She met us at the camp, sat down with us to make a plan, kept us on track for planning, answered all of our questions, put us at ease when we became stressed, and most importantly she was extremely responsive to all e-mails and phone calls.
On the day of our wedding Heather was extremely professional and she organized everything and everyone amazingly.
She pays attention to every detail and transformed the summer camp into a truly beautiful wedding.

Heather (and let's not forget her husband, Jae!)
worked with me on my wedding in Newport Rhode Island.
As I was having a destination weekend wedding about 4 hours away from my home, Heather accompanied me to site visits and was also my day of coordinator.
I don't care if your wedding is 5 minutes or 5 hours away,
I honestly don't know what we would have done without her the day of our wedding.
She and Jae took care of everything! There was not one detail that they did not handle so that Matt and I could just enjoy the entire day with our friends and family.
We also worked with Heather to meticulously create a one-of-a-kind seating chart that was absolutely gorgeous.
She also has some fun things to rent from her collection which makes for one stop shopping on many of your wedding extras.
Her bar cart was a big hit with us and our guests.
Heather brought her experience to our wedding pointing
out things that I would never have thought of.
In particular, she helped me create a beautiful and unique family unity ceremony that the guests loved.
She was always professional, upbeat and easy to work with.
I am a VERY particular person and she remained patient with me throughout! Our wedding turned out absolutely perfect.

Heather is an absolute delight.
My husband and I are thrilled that we found her and hired her as our day-of coordinator for our wedding in Hudson, NY.
She was exceedingly helpful and, most importantly, is a caring person

We went with her fiance rental package, which gave us the opportunity to rent a ton of our decor through her.
Not being design people, we really had no idea what we wanted and Heather helped us figure things out.
On the day, she helped us set up some decor, and had a brilliant idea
of placing candles on the stairs behind where our ceremony took place.
It was an excellent idea and looked stunning!

Simply Amazing Upstate Wedding
Wedding couples - look no further.
Seriously, set up a chat with Heather and create a custom plan for how you'd like your day to run!
Simply put, we could not have managed our wedding weekend without her.
We had an October wedding in upstate New York
and while the venue supplied many items,
it was pretty much DIY.
Enter Heather with her packages and rentals!
Heather worked tirelessly on our day of coordination, logistics, communication with our vendors, payments and organizing all of our rentals. It was such an added bonus that we didn't have to hire another vendor to manage rentals - Heather supplies them all!
As an event planner myself, I needed someone with the same organization, communication and design aesthetic.
Heather absolutely exceeded all expectations.
She also has an amazingly calm influence and responded to all of our late night emails with calm and laughter!
Our wedding was absolutely stunning
- we can't wait to share all of our photos with her so she can add her work to her portfolio pictures!
I have to also shout out her husband, Jae, who also went above and beyond setting up furniture, drapery and gas patio heaters.

Picture perfect!
Heather and her team went above and beyond to create the perfect day for my husband and I!
We gave heather very short notice to pull off a huge job for 175 people at an indoor venue.
We wanted a rustic, barn feel, with an abundance of lights and candles!
She blew us away with how amazing the venue looked!
She listened to all our needs and fulfilled them!
She was also our planner the month prior to our wedding.
All our road blocks were taken care of and addressed with professionalism.
